Yes. You can issue invoices with or without Slovak VAT, including the fields the Slovak market expects: company ID (IČO), tax ID (DIČ), VAT ID (IČ DPH) and IBAN.
An e-invoice is a structured electronic document (XML under EN 16931), not a PDF in an email. From 1 January 2027, VAT payers in Slovakia issue them for domestic B2B and B2G supplies, and every business must be able to receive them. Peppol is included in Fakturácia.sk from the Free plan.
Peppol is the international network for exchanging electronic invoices. From 2027 Slovakia uses Peppol as the main standard for B2B e-invoices. It is in the app from the Free plan. Each send and each receive counts toward the monthly Peppol document limit (10/40/100/250 by plan). PDF and email invoices are limited by archive storage, not by that count.
Even if the law slips, digital invoicing already saves time. If it arrives on time, you are ahead of the people still emailing PDFs. Either way you are covered.
